Accessibility Statement
What is already accessible on this site, what is not yet, and whom to contact
Baby World D.P. Ltd., the owner of the Tvorets brand and of this online store, treats accessibility as an important value and works to make its services usable by everyone, including people with disabilities, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law 5758-1998 and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments) 5773-2013.
What is in place
We aim at the Israeli standard SI 5568 level AA, based on the international WCAG 2.0 guidelines. Below is what is implemented and verified:
- Keyboard navigation across all links, buttons and form fields, with a visible focus ring.
- Semantic heading structure and text alternatives for all images, for screen readers.
- Text contrast chosen for readability, including over video.
- Respect for the system "reduce motion" setting: animations and background video do not start when it is on.
- Video with sound never plays by itself — only on an explicit tap.
- Three interface languages: Russian, English and Hebrew, with full right-to-left support.
- Layout built for phones and for browser page zoom.
The accessibility panel
Every page has a button with the accessibility symbol in the bottom-left corner. It opens a panel where you can adjust the site to your needs:
- Text enlargement — three steps, up to 140%.
- Readable font: the serif typeface is replaced with a system sans-serif.
- High contrast: black text on a white background, borders instead of shadows.
- Greyscale mode.
- Link highlighting — underline and outline, so links are visible without hovering.
- Stop motion: animations and video stop.
- Text-to-speech: with this mode on, tapping any text reads it aloud. It uses the browser's own speech engine, so it is available where the browser supports speech synthesis.
- Reset all settings with one button.
Settings are saved in your browser and applied on your next visit. The panel opens from the keyboard and closes with the Escape key.
What is not there yet
No external accessibility audit has been carried out, so we do not claim full conformance with the standard. If a capability matters to you and the site does not have it, write to our accessibility coordinator and we will find a way to help you personally.

If you have encountered an accessibility problem on the site, or have a suggestion for improvement, please tell us. We undertake to review every enquiry and reply as soon as possible.
