Delivery Terms

Delivery methods and cost

• Courier, 3–5 business days — free.
• Courier, 1–2 business days — ₪29. The fee is added to the invoice at checkout.
• Self-collection — free: Ramat Gan, Jabotinsky St. 7 (Moshe Aviv Tower), any business day between 9:00 and 21:00. Orders are held for up to 5 business days.

Timing

Timing counts from the moment payment is confirmed. These times are estimates and may change due to courier workload, weather or other external factors.

Deliveries are made on business days. The courier may be an external delivery service.

Delivery area

We deliver to localities within Israel served by our delivery service.

In some localities delivery may be limited or unavailable — in particular remote areas and areas with restricted access, including the Eilat area. Availability is determined by the address at checkout.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse delivery to certain localities for safety or logistical reasons.

Checking the order on receipt

We recommend checking the order when you receive it. If you find damage or a discrepancy, report it immediately on receipt or as soon as possible to customer service.

Receipt of the order may be confirmed by the recipient's signature, a confirmation code or another method used by the delivery service.

If the recipient is absent

If the recipient is not at the given address at the time of delivery, the delivery service may:

• Arrange a repeat delivery.
• Or return the order to a pickup point.

A repeat delivery may incur an additional charge.

Liability

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, emergencies and security restrictions, nor for delays caused by external delivery services or carriers.
