Order cancellation, returns and exchanges

Right to cancel

A purchase on this site is a "distance sale" under the Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981. You may cancel the transaction within 14 days of receiving the goods or of receiving the transaction document, whichever is later.

For people with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants the cancellation period is four months from the date of the transaction, provided the transaction involved a conversation, including electronic correspondence. We may ask for supporting documentation.

You may cancel in any convenient way: via the “Cancel a purchase” form on this site (linked at the bottom of every page), by email, by phone or by registered mail to the seller’s address. Please state your name and order number. The cancellation date is the day the notice is sent.

Cancellation fee

Where cancellation is not due to a defect or non-conformity, we may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the price of the item or ₪100 — whichever is lower, as permitted by law.

If the item is defective, was damaged in transit or does not match its description, no cancellation fee applies and we bear the cost of return.

Return conditions

A return is possible if:

• The set is unused — bricks have not been separated from their bags or assembled.
• The original packaging is intact.
• The set is complete: bricks, instruction booklet and inserts are present.
• The item is in a condition fit for resale.

An assembled set, or one with unpacked and mixed bricks, cannot be returned — except in cases of a manufacturing defect, damage in transit or non-conformity with the description.

Exchange

An exchange is possible within 14 days of receiving the order, on the same condition requirements as a return, and subject to the set being in stock.

If the set you want is out of stock, you may choose another set or receive a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are made by the same means used for payment within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, less the cancellation fee where applicable.

The goods must be returned to the seller’s address: Ramat Gan, Jabotinsky St. 7 (Moshe Aviv Tower), business days 9:00–21:00 — in person or by courier. If the item is defective or does not match the description, we collect it ourselves at our expense.

We issue a credit document (חשבונית זיכוי) for the refunded amount.
